DAY-OF COORDINATION SERVICES
Your wedding day is one of the most special and memorable days of your life, and it’s important that everything goes smoothly. That’s where our day-of coordination services come in.
Our team of experienced coordinators will handle all of the logistics on the day of your wedding, so you can relax and enjoy the moment. We’ll handle everything from setting up the ceremony and reception spaces to managing the timeline and vendors, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
COORDINATE SETTING UP THE VENUE
On the day of your wedding, we’ll coordinate *(see note below) all of the setup and breakdown of the ceremony and reception spaces. We’ll work with your vendors to ensure that everything is in place and ready to go, from the chairs and linens to the lighting and decor.
*coordination is not setup and breakdown labor; we bill extra for setup and breakdown labor that is outside of the scope of the planner/coordinator
MANAGING THE TIMELINE
We’ll create a detailed timeline for your wedding day, including all of the important events such as the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We’ll work with your vendors to ensure that everything stays on track and that you have enough time to enjoy all of the special moments of your day.
We’ll handle all of the communication and coordination with your vendors on the day of your wedding. We’ll make sure that everything is running smoothly and that all of your vendors are where they need to be when they need to be there.
We’ll be on-site throughout your wedding day to handle any issues that may arise and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You can focus on enjoying your big day and celebrating with your loved ones, knowing that everything is being taken care of.
