In addition to finding and styling the perfect venue, there are many other vendors that you’ll need to coordinate for your big day. We’ll help you find the best vendors in the area, including photographers, caterers, and musicians, and we’ll handle all of the communication and coordination to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day of your wedding.

How far in advance should I book full-service planning?
Ideally 9 to 18 months before your event, especially for weddings. That gives us time to secure your preferred vendors and thoughtfully design every detail. Limited availability sometimes remains for shorter timelines.
What is the difference between full-service planning and day-of coordination?
Full-service planning starts at the beginning — budget, venue and vendor selection, design, and logistics from day one. Day-of (month-of) coordination is for couples who have planned most details themselves and want a professional to take over in the final weeks and run the event day.
Do you help with vendor selection?
Yes. We recommend trusted vendors that fit your style and budget, help you compare proposals, and manage contracts and communication from booking through the event day.
Do you travel for planning clients?
Yes. We are based in Frederick, Maryland and plan events across Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Pennsylvania — and we are happy to discuss destinations further afield during your consultation.
How much does full-service planning cost?
