Victoria's Quinceañera was held on the beautiful Carroll Creek in downtown Frederick. The centerpieces were white flowers and candles. The celebration kicked off with a Mariachi Band and they stayed to perform the music for the special dances. Victoria and her family danced the night away to celebrate her transition into womanhood.
